We often need extra time for our signature items, and we recommend reaching out to us no later than 2 weeks prior to your event for guaranteed order fulfillment!  Contact us if you would like a cake or other baked goods for delivery. We will get back to you soon to confirm your delivery availability. 

All items are prepared by Angelica Ramirez with the freshest ingredients in her home kitchen. It is not a nut or allergen free home. Please inform baker if there is any allergen's that need be aware of.

A non-refundable 50% retainer payment confirms your order. Remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to pick up/delivery. 

Payments may be made directly to ANGELICA RAMIREZ (as friends & family please) via Zelle @ piesofamor@gmail.com, Venmo OR CashApp  @piesofamor or Paypal @angelicaramirez6. 

CHANGES/ADDITIONS: If there are any additions or corrections to this order, please let us know immediately. any additions or corrections to this order may be made (BUT NOT GUARANTEED) no later than 10 days prior to event date. Additions may incur an additional cost, dependent upon the labor and ingredients associated with the changes.

CUSTOMER PICK UPS: ONCE CUSTOMER/AGENT PICKS UP FROM PIES OF AMOR, BUSINESS IS NO LONGER LIABLE FOR ANY & ALL DAMAGES BEYOND HAND-OFF. CUSTOMER AND/OR ITS AGENT ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOODS BEING TRANSPORTED, TEMPERATURES OF VEHICLES, & ALL OTHER LIABILITIES. 

A TWO HOUR WINDOW WILL BE GIVEN FOR ALL PICK UPS. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE IT DURING THE PICK UP WINDOW, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE, NOT THE DAY OF. 

lF YOU ARE LATE: ANYONE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $5 FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES LATE. ORDERS WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED TO LATE CUSTOMER/AGENT WITHOUT LATE FEE PAID PRIOR.
